We work with clients who appreciate outstanding design. Many are working professionals with busy careers, or families who value exceptional design and appreciate quality and individuality.

We charge a fixed price for all our design packages which is agreed up front and based on the Proposal document that we both agree and sign. If you wish to retain Rossetto Interior Design for extras like project meetings, site visits, sourcing trips, etc we will be happy to assist you and will charge you at an hourly rate.

We always spend a considerable amount of time before the start of the project listening to our clients’ requirements to ensure that we don’t move to the next stage until you are happy with the scheme. At the beginning of the process we also provide you with a mood board of the design direction. This allows you to give us feedback on colour schemes, furniture, materials, and overall look. Once you receive your full design documentation, we offer one free revision.

Absolutely! We always encourage our clients to use items they love and want to reuse. We are very happy to incorporate them in the new scheme as a way to add personality and make the space uniquely yours. We only ask that you let us know about those special items at the initial consultation so that we can explore the impact on the design scheme.

Once you have accepted our proposal, we will meet to discuss the direction of the design. After that, the initial mood board will be with you within 7 working days. You’ll then have a chance to give feedback and once you are 100% happy, we will complete the full design scheme within 4 weeks.  For larger, more complex projects, or projects that require building work, we will be able to give a better idea of the timeline once we have a full brief.
